ACF Machine:
Is a production machining shop, specializing in turning, and we do it with some of the most advanced CNC equipment available. Our business is dedicated to large quantity production parts for select customers, who require high quality, complex, parts which are beyond the scope of the typical "screw machine house". Our turning centers are capable of producing complex accurate parts complete from barstock, without costly labor intensive secondary operations. |

Quality:
Our machines are fully automated and run unmanned. This low overhead method of operation allows us to focus on quality and produce accurate, complex parts in quantity, but at prices you would expect from a screw machine shop. We have been in business and dedicated to quality for over 15 years now having run millions of parts with absolute minimal defects. We typically do long production runs maintaining tolerances of +/- .0005" with a Cp > 1.333. |
